Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice each chicken breast in a Hasselback style, creating thin cuts without cutting all the way through.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, jalapeños, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Generously stuff each chicken pocket with the mixture.
- Season the stuffed breasts with salt and pepper and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Allow to rest before serving.
