Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into squares or circles.
- Evenly spread goat cheese on each pastry piece.
- Arrange sliced figs artfully on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over each tartlet for added sweetness.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown; let cool slightly before serving.
